The E2 Core includes solar charging functionality as standard. It can prioritise excess solar generation and blend solar with grid electricity when required.
The E2 Flex provides the same core smart charging experience without solar functionality enabled by default. Solar charging can be added later through a software upgrade — without replacing the charger or arranging another electrical installation.
