A single LED PIR floodlight installed typically runs $250–$450 depending on cable run, height, and fitting. Multi-light setups are quoted on site.

Yes — we install smart Wi-Fi floodlights from brands like Philips Hue and TP-Link Tapo that integrate with phones, voice assistants, and home automation systems.
Most of our installs use PIR sensors that only switch on when motion is detected, and stay on for a set time (usually 1–10 minutes). Dusk-to-dawn lights can also be specified where you want constant low-level lighting.
