HEAT PUMP SIZING HELP
Gree cover the bases of 99% of high wall heat pump and ducted unit installations. From the small 2.5kw for bedrooms through to the 8kw unit for large rooms. As a rule of thumb on an average house (insulated) you can take the square metres of the room and divide by 10 to get the approximate KW rating. For example, a 25 square metre room will be matched well with a 2.5kw. Exceptions to this include: large windows, lack of insulation, large door or access ways, multi stories with no ceiling above (eg. stairwells connected to a room), and similar aspects. We can assist you in making the right choice.
