Hints and questions with installation- Do you have a pad outside to put the heat pump outdoor unit? It will require a hard surface. We can supply a base if required.- Indoor units should go on an outside wall close to where the outdoor unit will go.- Having power close by (power point) is ideal as we can use that to power the unit. If the unit is 6kw and above we will need power from the switchboard.
