Heat Pump Installation

Kerikeri and surrounding areas.Qualified and experienced installers available now.
Hints and questions with installation- Do you have a pad outside to put the heat pump outdoor unit? It will require a hard surface. We can supply a base if required.- Indoor units should go on an outside wall close to where the outdoor unit will go.- Having power close by (power point) is ideal as we can use that to power the unit. If the unit is 6kw and above we will need power from the switchboard.

Factors to Consider When Choosing a Heat Pump

Energy Efficiency: Look for models with high energy star ratings to ensure lower operating costs.Performance in all Temperatures: If you live in an area with very cold winters or hot summers, prioritize brands known for their performance.
Noise Levels: Consider the noise output of both indoor and outdoor units, especially if you're sensitive to sound or planning to install the unit near bedrooms.Features: Evaluate additional features like Wi-Fi control, air purification systems, and smart sensors based on your needs.
Installation and Maintenance: Consider the availability of qualified installers and the ease of ongoing maintenance for each brand.Warranty and After-Sales Support: Compare warranty terms and the quality of after-sales support among brands.
Price: Balance the initial cost with long-term energy savings and performance.
You can view independent testing as well via Canstar Ratings.
